About Dr. Wubbena
Dr. Wubbena, born in Illinois, earned his M.D. degree from Emory Medical School in Atlanta, Georgia. He did his Internship and Residency in Pediatrics at the University of Utah Medical Center in Salt Lake City. He served in the Army as Chief of Pediatrics at Schofield Barracks in Hawaii for three years, followed by his Fellowship in Pediatric Allergy at Duke University Medical Center in North Carolina. Dr. Wubbena is board certified in Pediatrics, Pediatric Allergy, and Allergy & Immunology. He is licensed to practice medicine in the states of Florida and Georgia.
In practice in Jacksonville, Florida since 1969, Dr. Wubbena treats infants, children and adults with problems of nasal & eye allergy, asthma, hives, eczema, insect allergy, food & drug allergy, latex allergy, recurrent infections (ear, lung, sinus & skin) gamma globulin deficiencies, and behavior disorders associated with allergies (certain types of attention deficit disorders, chronic fatigue, etc.)
